Sean Algeo is the Treasurer and Corporate Controller of IconOVir Bio. He also serves as Chief Financial Officer at Two River Consulting, LLC, where he is responsible for all financial and accounting activities of Two River and certain of its portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Two River in 2018, Mr. Algeo was a Senior Manager at CFGI, a specialized accounting and financial consulting firm, where he provided accounting advisory, consulting, and interim management services to clients in a variety of industries. Before CFGI, Mr. Algeo was a Manager in KPMG’s audit practice, where he was responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of financial and operational audits.
Mr. Algeo earned his B.S. degree in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University in 2009. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Pennsylvania and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
